Employee Scorecard

Purpose

The purpose of the Employee Scorecard is to show employee performance in realization and utilization.

Navigation

To navigate to the Employee Scorecard, select Employees (1) from the list of pages on the left side of your screen. Once you are in the Employees page, you can use the buttons along the bottom (2) to switch between employee-focused reports. Employee Scorecard is the second of these buttons.

Cards

There are five cards (3) at the top of the report. They show the number of active staff displayed in the report, the total hours worked, billable hours worked, nonbillable hours worked, and the productivity ratio.

Filters

The filters can always be found on the left side of your screen (4). Filters will vary by firm, so yours may not match exactly what is shown in this demo.

Visuals

Budgeted and Billable Hours (5): shows the current year and prior year billable hours, as well as the budgeted billable hours.

Realization (6): shows realization data. Use the tabs on the top of the visual (7) to view realization by client or by employee. The shading in the billed hours column in each view helps see where that client or employee falls in billed hours compared to the rest of the clients or employees. The client or employee with the highest number of billed hours will have a fully shaded cell, and the shading decreases as the hours decrease.

Drill Throughs

Note: not all clients use every page, so some lines in the drill through charts may not apply to you.
